It is our top priority to ensure that you are happy with our product you purchased. If our products are not compatible, corrupt or missing on download, We can refund your price you paid.

We resolved most of issue within 7 day. If we can not resolve we will provide full refund you paid.

We are unfortunately unable to process refunds for the following situations:

• You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.
• You found another product you like and you want to change.
• You don't have software or experience to how to use it.
• You purchased item accidentally.
• You are having problem with product to downloading. Your internet is slow or not stable, You can not download large data file or related to internet service.
• Item purchased that was made over 30 days ago.

If you are not satisfied with our designs, we will refund your money, as we feel we have failed out responsibilities as support staff.
